Return & Refund Policy

At My Dude Watch, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Because many of our products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong product.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll work to make it right.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem.

If the issue is confirmed, we may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Made-to-Order Products

Because many My Dude Watch products are produced specifically after an order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selected by the customer

• Change of mind

• Incorrect color or style selected by the customer

• Accidental orders

Please review all product details and sizing information before completing your purchase.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production, we may be unable to cancel or change it.

Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, contact us and we will review the tracking information and work with the shipping provider when appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Additional shipping or replacement costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the refund results from an error on our part.
